Cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of booking (as long as you book at least 48 hours prior to the start time of your cruise.

What about weather cancelations? If we cancel your cruise, you get a full refund (refunded to your credit card).

Rain cancelation policy: We cancel your cruise and provide a full refund at the published start time if it is raining at your start location.

Lightning and hazardous weather cancelation policy: we cancel your cruise and provide a full refund at the published start time if our captain decides safe conditions cannot be maintained.

During your cruise: no refunds are provided after the start of a cruise.
